How much does it cost to book my Club Week?
A $599-$1,249 Usage Fee applies when booking your Club Week at any Westgate Resorts property during a standard week. Please call 1-800-875-1817 or 1-407-355-1215 to discuss your Club Week rate(s) with a Vacation Specialist.

What is my activation code and certificate number?
Westgate activates your membership for you, so there is no need for a activation code or certificate number. Go to westgatecruiseandtravel.com and click on the lost password link. Enter your email address and a temporary password will be emailed to you.

When will I receive my Member Kit in the mail?
The Member Kit will be provided to you at the property when you first purchase the membership. You will receive membership cards in the mail in about 4-6 weeks after the down payment is completed.

Where can I find the $459/week Getaways?
Leisure Time Passport gives you this option! Check availability and book your next exciting getaway by calling 1-800-875-1817 or 1-407-355-1215 option #4 or logging on to www.leisuretimepassport.com.

How do I get access to the Hot Weeks?
New Hot Weeks are posted weekly. View destination options on westgatecruiseandtravel.com, and call us directly at 1-800-875-1817 or 1-407-355-1215 option #3 to check availability.

How do I book an all-inclusive resort?
All-inclusive resorts can be booked by calling or logging on to your Leisure Time Passport and Westgate Cruise & Travel accounts.

Why is it hard to find availability during the summer or holidays?
Holidays are the most popular travel time of the year so the demand for reservations quickly depletes our inventory. When this happens, we try to offer alternate dates and locations to fit vacation needs.

Why do I have to pay a Renewal Fee?
The Renewal Fee activates all 3 portions of your membership. This includes your Westgate Club Weeks, Interval International - Leisure Time Passport Getaway Weeks, and Westgate Cruise & Travel. This provides significant savings compared to having to pay for maintenance and taxes on a timeshare!

Can I set up auto debit for the Annual Renewal Fee?
Yes! You can save 30%/year off the $249 renewal fee when you opt to auto-renew. Call 1-800-875-1817 or 1-407-355-1215 to set your auto renewal.

When will I be able to start utilizing my membership?
Once the down payment is completed, you will immediately be able to start booking your Westgate Club Weeks. The Westgate Cruise & Travel and Interval International - Leisure Time Passport portion of your membership will also be activated and membership cards received in approximately 4-6 weeks.

What is included in our membership benefits?
As soon as your membership is fully activated you will have access to (based on A, B or C package) 4,2 or 1 club week(s), member discounts through Leisure Time Passport, getaway weeks and cruise options through your Westgate Cruise and Travel portal. You will receive further details once your initial membership fee has been completed.

What is my anniversary date?
Your anniversary date is the date that you paid your initial down payment in full.
